A lovely hotel in the heart of Icmeler. Arrived late but was greeted by a young man in reception. Carried our cases, and saw us to our rooms. A perfect clean room awaited us. A fridge was an added bonus. A balcony from which we could the sea in the distance. All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was adequate. It was quite quiet considering it was the end of July. Such a nice touch to have breakfast laid on every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

I feel compelled to share our experience at this hotel, which was unfortunately one of the worst we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the manageress was rude and unwelcoming. Things escalated when we were falsely accused of breaking a bed that was already damaged before we entered the room. Later, we were also blamed for a broken toilet lid — even though hotel staff admitted fault, did not charge us, and apologized for the misunderstanding. Despite this, the manageress continued to treat us with disrespect. When we chose not to engage with her further, she shockingly evicted us from the hotel — in 40-degree heat — with no concern for the fact that I was with my 75-year-old mother and 6-year-old niece. To make matters worse, we later learned that the owner of the hotel is her husband, leaving no clear route for accountability. This was an incredibly distressing experience and I would strongly caution other families — especially those traveling with elderly relatives or young children — to reconsider staying here. Basic respect and professionalism were completely absent throughout our stay. As we were leaving she decided to put a broken lamp on us too.

The room was a disaster from the start — the bed was broken and unstable, the lamp didn’t work, the toilet lid was cracked, and the handle barely flushed. We reported everything early on, but when we checked out, the female manager rudely accused us of causing the damage and tried to make us pay for it all. She was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, turning what should’ve been a simple stay into a stressful ordeal. It honestly felt like a scam. The rest of the staff were friendly and seemed embarrassed by her behavior, but her attitude ruined the entire experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place was such a disaster I felt obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a mess. The manager was shockingly rude and unprofessional — acted like we were bothering her just by checking in. When we asked about a room issue, he was dismissive and even raised his voice at one point. Totally unacceptable behavior. As for the hotel itself, everything felt like it was falling apart. The room smelled musty, the wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom faucet leaked constantly, and the bed creaked with the slightest movement. There were stains on the carpet and furniture, and the air conditioning barely worked. It honestly felt like they’d given up on maintaining the place years ago. I don’t expect luxury for a budget price, but basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful service should be the bare minimum. This place failed on all fronts. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

Very basic, not unpleasant at all but don’t expect any frills. Clean room, but if you lift the bedding the mattress is yellow. Air conditioning is €7 PER night, even with a Jet2 holiday, so beware of that as it can get to 37 degrees easily. WIFI is non existent in the rooms , only in reception, even in the bar area it’s patchy. The breakfast is ok, nothing to write home about. Omelette bar and beans, sliced tomato with melted cheese, bread, coffee, that’s pretty much it. Pool is nice and clean, usually quiet too. Yeah if you just want a clean room to use as a base go for it.
